Back to the blog--with an appropriate weekend to do so!!

ARTS ALIVE! weekend here! The exclamation point in the title alone makes you feel it--makes you realize what a fantastic weekend is in store! Not to mention that, but it was also South Sounds fest as well---our South eastern version of SXSW. Yep, that's right. Coming from the DC and then Baltimore areas, these music and arts fests are not only common, but expected--here in the deep south, fests like today with like-minded friends are so welcomed and just, well---amazing. You feel like you are part of something about to explode, a participant and not only a spectator---you feel as if you are a part of a change--and part of something GOOD. Difficult to explain, really. Here's a little taste of our weekend...
